Dawn has worked in a variety of settings including Community Care Services, Stroke Rehabilitation, Learning difficulties, Mental Health and Elderly Care in both the voluntary and public sectors. Dawn has worked in care for over 20 years and has both nursing and care management experience.

Diane monitors the quality of the care and the staff delivering support meets highest standards expected from the company. Diane manages the training matrix and links into Sara for training opportunities to develop staff.
